For a little while we had a few new friends that would come over to our house and play video games with us. We had a good time with laughter, food and all the things that make life great. One day they disappeared, and we heard it through the grapevine that they went broke and had to head back to their hometown to find work.

Some of life’s best food is flat
It may be considered a morning food, but I can eat them all the time, and I do. In fact, today I had them for dinner. A friend had to bring over some eggs, and being the pancake snob I am, I made them from scratch, starting with flour and sugar, adding eggs and milk and a touch of cinnamon to make them just right. Talk about heaven in your mouth!

You would not believe how much I love bacon. It has to be one of my most favorite foods in the world. Francis Bacon, now that guy was lucky. The dough that makes our world a better place.
It just turned 5:00A.M. and the first few cars of the morning appear on the road outside. It is the time that donut shops open. Released into our world; thousands upon thousands of donuts made so carefully by the loyal donut shop workers. All different kinds from sugar glazed to cream filled chocolate log. Fantasies fill the dreams of those who still float in space, swimming in sleep.
