Austin City Limits Announces Lineup / Gets Expensive / Still Hot as Fuck

acl-color-logo.jpgAustin City Limits announced the 2008 lineup last night for their slightly more expensive ($170 for a three day pass) and still in the heat of September music festival. While it still may have the usual problems (dehydration and sandstorms) perhaps a little more money and thought went into the festival this year (and with this lineup it looks like it) The lineup looks amazing and includes some of our favorites like:

Beck
David Byrne
The Mars Volta
Conor Oberst and the Mystic Valley Band
G. Love & Special Sauce
The Black Keys
Man Man
Yeasayer
Gogol Bordello (which, I just found out about today, but I really dig them.)

and a few others. If they had Radiohead this would be THE festival of 2008.
