Charlie Chaplin and a Forgotten Message
Chaplin once stared in a movie called “The Great Dictator” which told the story of Nazi Germany, or rather what could have been if things had been a little different. In that movie he made a speech that I don’t think many in our generation have seen. It gives a powerful and moving message, all from a Hitler Chaplin.
And if the words of wisdom doesn’t get to you then maybe the fear of Hitler will. Or wait, I guess we don’t fear Hitler anymore, but just watch the fucking clip:

This was also Chaplin’s first movie with Dialog. I know it was probably written for him, but what a great thing to say something so moving and powerful the first movie you open your mouth.
