Modest Mouse New Video – Little Hotel

Every now and then I pull a CD from behind my drivers seat and pop it in. A band called Iron Horse starts to play blue grass covers of Modest Mouse and I sing along to every word, hoping someone in the car hasn’t heard Modest Mouse before. It’s great a for a few laughs, and since I have played Modest Mouse a million times before it just seems like the right tribute.

Until they come out with new stuff for me to swoon over. Which they have, and I know present to you in a link to YouTube format because they won’t let me embed the video. Telling the backwards tale of a very sad event (which I won’t spoil) Modest Mouse has once again touched a soft spot in my heart.
