Stoners Agree; Music Really Sucks Right Now
Nothing Good is Coming Out
(satire disclaimer)Late last night after most of the town had turned out their lights two stoned college students sat in their room discussing music over a bowl. They both agreed that the current state of music is pathetic, and the music just really sucks right now.
“You know man; nothing really good has come into town in a long time when it comes to shows man. I have just been chillin’ at my house doing nothing.” One said.
The other ran into the other room and then came back with some girl.
“Yeah, music really sucks right now. Radiohead is working on a new album. Sure is quick after their first one but I figure maybe they just want to have time to really work on it, make it like a perfect record or something. It will probably suck in that case.” Two said.
The girl left with a strange look on her face.
“Yeah. Have you heard the new Gorillaz album yet man. It is pretty rad man.” One said.
“Yeah man, its awesome.” Two said.
“There just isn’t much coming out in music right now and it is pretty sad. It is summer and all and people are bored. They need their music now more than ever!” One said.
“Yeah,” two said.
That was about all that could be said about music between the two, and they moved on to other topics.
