“Choke,” the Movie – September 26th - Interview, Trailer, Orgasms, Oh My!

Just seeing the trailer brought back a rush of memories from the book, and sent tingles up and down my spine. I remember talking about a movie based on Choke after Fight Club came out, and how this bad ass story teller would get to us in whole new ways. I have yet to see the movie, but if they put as much effort into the actual movie as they did in advertising it, then it should be fantastic. This “lost commercial” featuring Dewey Cox is a short goody. Who can’t love a Cox sausage, especially when it comes from the Cox Smoker. (more…)

Transformers and Humans Living Together; What has the World Come To?

Transformers have always been in the dreams of many cartoon fans of all ages. Take normal everyday items like tanks and cars and turn them into gigantic evil fighting robots and you have yourself a story thats easy to love. The release of the newest Transformers movie tries to combine the old school cartoon with the modern glamor and bang of movies like Independence Day. While it is filled with action that never ends, it also lacks character credibility and has a story line that doesn’t really take you anywhere. (more…)
