The White Stripes released a video today on MTV’s website featuring Jack White bull fighting for their song “Conquest.” You get to see Jack prance around in a very authentic looking bullfighters costume and Meg, smiling from the sidelines, plays her usual accent role appearing for only a few moments in between clips of Jack’s action.
The end will surprise you, enough so I won’t spoil it. Sometimes though I wonder what was going through the minds of the people making the video when it includes cheesy CGI, mixed with a cheesy emotion, that ends the movie leaving you with a strange feeling.
A good feeling none the less. I present to you, straight from MTV to the Youtube Storeplex beamed via fiber optics to CricketSoda Headquarters and into your “set top box” computer, “Conquest” by The White Stripes.
